This recipe evolved over many years of picnics, barbecues and parties,
and I suppose it is influenced by Provençal cooking. I wanted the people
who ate it to fall in love with it at the first bite;
that´s why it’s rich and intense – I love the
effect of putting in the extra garlic at
the end.
