As a European with both German and French roots, I like to bring together
my families’ different cuisines. I have come to love quiche, as it provides
the basis for many fantastic recipes involving the most weird and wonderful
combinations. Asparagus is a traditional
vegetable in the part of northern Germany
where I am from, and one that never fails
to excite me. Combining these two items
produces a great dish, which is perfect in
the spring when the asparagus is fresh
and tasty. What’s more, a

and animals a big favour.
