I grew up with this
traditional dish from
Luxembourg that is easy
and cheap to prepare.
My mother used
to make it with
apples and
bacon from the
local market.
However, these
days I prefer
the vegetarian
option (just with
apple sauce). It still
makes me feel at home
every time I have it!
